My morning trek to the veggie patch to pick herbs for my daily brew is filled with birds singing. I can think of no better way to start the day.
Rip up the following herbs and place in a 4 cup tea pot:
2 lemon myrtle leaves
Half a cup of chocolate mint, common mint, spearmint (or a combo of different mints)
3 gota kola leaves
Quarter of a cup of flat leafed parsley
Leave to steep for a least half an hour
Dilute with water to taste
